How do we calculate holidays on someone with a zero hour contract

At present, we have to manually calculate casual workers holiday pay based on hours worked taken from a separate clocking system. It would be great if Staffology was able to automatically calculate holiday pay.
Hi Vikki - average holiday pay is something we are keen to build within Staffology. Unfortunately I don't have a timeline at the moment, but as soon as I have more information I will let you know.
In the meantime, I have attached some guidance from the HMRC website which should be of help.
