It appears that when benefits are payrolled they do not appear on the employee copy of the payslip, however they can be seen on the payslip whilst the payroll is open before it is finalised. Please can this be investigated and confirm whether this can be changed as it would be a benefit for the employee to be able to see the benefit and remind them if anything changes to make the updates.
This has now been updated. You can add them to the payslip by going to payslips customisation and ticking the check box
