It would be very useful for a step by step path to be available to confirm why the message "employee is under the National Minimum Wage" is shown as currently I have the message but not way to explain the logic. When I follow the logic provided by your colleague my staff member is still above the NMW so a route to explain your message would be useful to confirm if I am actually complying with the law or not.
NMW is only calculated on salary, so for example if you take holiday pay out to show as a separate line the NMW message regarding compliance comes up even though when added back together it is compliant.
It would make ore sense if we could adjust the parameters of the NMW compliance warning to include all additional payments allowed by HMRC
