EPS to claim employment Allowance in new tax year when set as auto at Bureau level

We are a bureau with automated EPS and FPS set at bureau level when finalising payroll. Along with the year end restart process an EPS has been created for all employers who wish to continue claiming employment allowance in the next tax year. However the auto submission for EPS in relation to EA is not sent automatically when M1 is finalised? As a bureau this means we have to send an EPS individually for our 1000+ clients. Can this be added into Staffology to be included in the submission for April.
