enable rerun of payroll without notification to approver
If we have to rerun the payroll for the client, every time we do this rerun several notifications go to the client (Approver) for each re run, Clients find this frustrating.

if you change the bureau settings to not approved, then it doesnt do this. just tick the box again after you have done.
