Produce Maternity Schedules prior to Mat Leave Date

Most employees going on mat leave want to know their scheduled pay during that period, and this is particularly relevant if they have enhanced OMP. The current schedule will not show OMP until they go on leave. This feels counterintuitive to is purpose, as by then employees are off work and not able to plan. They're also probably distracted with a new born! Can we ask that this is reviewed and that once a MatB1 is provided if we load the information we get a correct full schedule showing OMP?
