Have a tick box to include contracted hours in Average Hol calculations for salaried employees

Currently the system has the option to "Use Working Pattern for Hours Calculation", however, if the working pattern hours need to be included in the calculation, along with other hourly rate payments, there is no way to allow this as there is no pay code you can add to a Pay Code Set that will pull the working pattern hours into the calculation.
