Email and Password protect P45s, P60s and P11Ds

Can P45s, P60s and P11Ds be emailed and password protected in the same way payslips can be?

Is this something that can be added in the future for both the P45 and P11D, as like the payslip and P60 they both contain confidential data which should be password protect before emailing out.

    Thanks for the suggestion. I will forward it for review.
    As an aside, we are developing an employee portal option that will allow employees to log on and download the files for themselves. Work on this is already under way and we will let you know via the blog when there is further news.

    Hey Hayley - great news! This has now gone in to development and should be delivered in the next 3 weeks. This feature will password protect P45s and P60s, you will also be able to bulk send P45s from the finalised screen if the employee has an email address within their record. Once this has been released to production, I will let you know!

    I would be very keen to join this trial in readiness for April 2023.
    I'm particularly concerned about the P11Ds as these need to be downloaded one by one and emailed manually which is a waste of time and fruaght with risk.

    Is there an update for particulary for P11Ds to be emailed out to employees in the same way as the other documents?

It would be useful to be able to send all P45's by email together as a group like you do with payslips rather than going in one by one to send them.

It would be far easier and much more GDPR compliant to be able to email out P11D's the same as P45 and P60's. This would minimise the risk of sending to the incorrect email and having to save them individually.
