Avoid sending P45 document to employees.

There are instances where it's not advisable to send copies of P45 documents to employees. Having the option to prevent the sending of P45 documents to selected employees would be greatly beneficial in such situations.

One of the scenarios is Tupe transfers, where we terminate the employee, but employees are still active with the organization.

    Hi, Yes, we tried the option and noticed the P45 was still sent to employee. We checked on mail logs and also client confirmed that employees received P45 even after ticking the 'P45 sent' Option.

    Also we tried this for different clients, it is not working.

    Hey - have you tried ticking 'P45 sent' within the employee record? We are in the process of making this field importable (ETA within the next 2 weeks)
