Red warning banner sometimes insufficient

When processing payrolls, under current functionality sometimes a red warning banner is in place at vthe top of the screen for certain items such as employee under NMW (most common) or a pension action, an in correct NI table letter etc.

We have found that some NMW warnings when checked are not accurate, and so this creates a situation where sometimes the user ignores the red banner for certain companies rather than clicking into it - this creates a problem if another type of warning occurs for that same company.

It would be useful if we could have a pop-up in the same style as when there is a processing note that has to be cleared before a payroll can be finalised.

To stop this being annoying it would be useful if we could toggle the pop-up function per company, and further turn on or off the type of warnings that are alerted.

    I have noticed that if an employee is excluded within a pay run then we get the below minimum wage warning as they are getting zero pay. As the have been excluded from the payrun they shouldn't be included. As stated, if you keep getting incorrect warnings then there is the possibility of them being ignored and missing an important warning.
