Allow changes without restarting a payslip

Previously you could override an already overriden employer pension amount but now it errors and you have to restart their payslip meaning reentering all of the non fixed data again.

Same with rerunning a payroll to mark a late leaver, the leave date won't show until you restart the payrun so have to input everything again.

Please could this fixed?
