Update employees payrolling benefit with leave date to pro-rata

When submitting clients P11D(b), we noticed that the Cash Equivalent is not pro-rataed based on their leave dates and the full annual value is being added to the EXB submission for the cash equivalent. We have to manually add the leave date for employees that left within the tax year into the payrolling benefit section for this to pro-rata.

We need to have the option to have their leave date added automatically to ensure the pro-rata is occurring to avoid errors in submissions to HMRC.

We manually need to add these in for clients currently which is very time consuming, especially for our larger clients who have hundreds of these to be done manually.
