It would be really useful if we could have employee / user created reminders - potentially included within the pay run warnings. There are many different scenarios in which this could be used. For example: We have been asked to increase an employee's pension contribution percentage for 6 months, we currently have to make a note of this and remember to revert the percentage back. It would be very useful if we could have a user created reminder within the payroll on a certain date in which we would be reminded to revert the pension percentage back to the original.
Definitely agree with this - we are starting a lot of payrolling BIKS this tax year, and are finding out when the PMI values change, Ie Oct 2025, would be great to have a user created reminder to pop up on a set date, to remind us to ask client of the new PMI value in October, rather than a manual note - especially when there are several users on the system.
