When looking at the employers list, there are three sub-headings; Your Employers, Other Employers & Archived. The separate archive heading feels superfluous because when you archive the employer they remain in both the main Your Employers list and within the Archived list. The best thing I can liken this to is P45ing an employee and the record being present both under current and leaver – in the same way the employee record moves to just leaver, the archived employer should move to archived only for smoother management of client portfolio.
How do you Archive employers and see the list of archived employers? I cannot find any guidance on this can anyone advise further?
I find the archived employers disappear from the current list if you go into archive and out again, but return at any refresh. I feel this is a glitch more than anything, but it needs fixing whatever it is!
