CIS Statements of deductions should be easily distributable by Software in one click - like payslips are on the standard pay runs - as soon as you finalize. By law subcontractors must receive Statement of Deductions by 19th of each month - if Staffology is a compliant software - then this option is mandatory.
At the moment we can only save all statements in one pdf - which is useless - we need to be able to save each by person / subcontractor - labeled with Month End and name of the subcontractor.
And all these should be distributable by email .
I'm finding this very frustrating - as the job takes 3 times longer using this software comparing to manual work on excel and is not really helpful.
Can this be looked at ASAP please in order to make using this software for CIS purposes worth it?

Also, we are entering on Payslips 2 lines if 2 invoices are paid to subcontractors - when I was issuing Statements of deductions manually - converting excel to PDF - I have added the breakdown of invoices - which was very much appreciated by subcontractors and is saving massive amount of time later - looking for what the statement covers. Could you create some kind of mapping to pull the breakdown from payslip to Statement of deductions?
