BACS queue functionality

As a bureau, we would like some control over the automated BACS API showing time set and amounts (including any other pay added to net pay like court orders or pension). Presently Team Leads know what date is payrolls go, the amounts and the time sent. We would like some kind of bureau functionality to at least see what has been sent and amounts. This is particularly important if PTX has issues, as it has done the last few months where automated bacs have not made it into PTX. We are guessing there is no way Team Leads can approve bacs prior to them being sent as an API? We are particularly concerned about pay dates and when these change, like at Bank holidays or Christmas. We are also concerned about Client Funded accounts. The automation/APIs could easily be missed by CPEs and its essential for these bureau clients that the payroll is only finalised when the funds are in and clear with IRIS.
