The pension letter template does not sync to MEPW, so the edit template function in Staffology does not do anything. Please could this be addresses ASAP. The template used by MEPW is very outdated and refers to how contributions will be increased in phases. This has been irrelevant since 2018.
This is a real issue with monetary implications for our customers. If it is not due to be fixed should the ability to publish pension letters to MEPW be removed due to the following issue? Non-Eligible letter sent despite enrolment – If an employee had £0.00 pay in an earlier pay run, the system generates a Non-Eligible letter which is published to MEPW. Even after their pay is corrected and they become eligible (with deductions taken), the correct Eligible letter does not replace the incorrect Non-Eligible letter already in MEPW. This means the employee has a letter telling them they were NOT enrolled, despite being enrolled with deductions.
How can this still be an issue that's not on the known issues list 18 months later?
The Pension letter generated in Staffology when a person is not being automatically enrolled when you preview the letter is different when it is published on MEPW. On MEPW it shows an outdated letter not the letter that is previewed in Staffology.
Please can this be corrected ASAP as its not correct?
Thanks
