Alabaster Legislation and Maternity Pay

Please could we have a way of incorporating Alabaster salary changes into SMP for it to auto recalculate within the the 39 weeks for the 6 weeks higher rate and for this to be shown separately on the payslips (to identify it as Alabaster) but still be incorporated in SMP.

    Alabaster extends to the end of the full 52 weeks maternity leave period. Pay increases during the 13 week unpaid additional maternity leave period therefore still trigger the Alabaster SMP recalculation.

Alabaster Ruling - System does not automatically pay back the differential SMP Payments, this needs to be done manually.
