Ability to automatically send payslips and report to a client for approval

Have the ability to click a button and automatically send all payslips and reports to a client to review before finalising the pay run and automatically submitting FPS e.t.c. Note that this is for an account with multiple clients (i.e bureau).

It saves time, if when you add a new employee where the title is Ms or Miss or Mrs to automatically select the gender as female and the same with Mr for male.

Bank BACs format - required for Scottish Banks

all UK banks should be included in the BACs format selection list. BACS for Scottish companies are not compatible, told after submitting a message that we need to manually process bank payments, which is very surprising
