It would be great to be able to import end dates for existing benefits, or if importing updated rates for existing benefits, Staffology would automatically end the previous one
The current audit logs do not appear to track the changes on all employee profile data fields, and therefore it is difficult to back track to find the reason for issues etc, as well as who and when it was changed.

It saves time, if when you add a new employee where the title is Ms or Miss or Mrs to automatically select the gender as female and the same with Mr for male.

Pay Code with hours x rate that isn't linked to hourly rate in regular pay
We have employees that work on different projects and are paid different hourly rates. However you can only set up a pay code with an hourly rate that is the same as the hourly rate in regular pay or a multiple of this.

The report highlights errors in the mismatch between titles and gender.
We currently face difficulty navigating employees with mismatches between their name titles and genders. Having a report or warning system would assist in resolving these discrepancies effectively.
