It would be useful to be given the option to add new custom warnings in staffology to ensure there are less processing issues.
Examples could include:
1) That an employee is paid 50% more than the previous period.
2) That a Teacher is in the LGPS scheme and vice versa.
3) That someone is having a deduction whilst receiving statutory pay.
4) That someone has been on an apprenticeship for longer than the allowed time.
5) That there is a missing DFES number for a Teacher
The list is not exhaustive.
There would also need to be an inherit function, or the option to import into other payrolls for those that do not currently have warnings set.
Allow the user to create their own conditions based on the available fields in Staffology.
For example:
The second warning in the list above would look like:
(Teacher or Support flag='T' AND (Pension Scheme='LGPS') OR (Teacher or Support flag='S' AND (Pension Scheme='TP Care Scheme')
The fifth warning in the list above would look like:
[DFESNUMBER]<>7 digits and Teacher or Support flag='T'
