Email Payslips - Email Addresses

Currently once payrolls are finalised existing email addresses at the time are used to email payslips. If an employee has to update there email address post finalisation and requires historic payslips to be sent there this isn't possible without manual intervention.

Can a function be added so the current email address in the employees record is used even after finalisation.

Hi George. Thanks for you suggestion.
There is a portal currently in beta test which allows employees to download their payslips as they need them without need for email. That will reduce security risk compared to emails being sent and also gives employees control of the process. We will update you once that becomes available.
    Cheers,
    Dylan

    Hi,

Will this portal come as part of the payroll package or will there be an additional cost involved?

    Cheers

    David

    Hi Alister, Sheila.
The portal is currently being tested by some customers. If you would like to be involved please let us know.
    Cheers

Was there an update to Alister's question on 25 Dec regarding timeline of the portal. We really want to use staffology but the lack of this portal is making it hard for us to justify.

Any indication when the employee portal might be ready? The absence of a portal was only thing that prevented me from signing up to Staffology in the past, and remains the only thing preventing me now.
