We have ended up with a list of pay codes some of which are only used once a year, it would be useful to be able to only show pay codes with a value on the payslips.

Yes I agree with this - it is confusing to have pay codes with 0.00 on the payslips. There are times when you have pay codes that are only used occasionally so you need to keep them on the system.
Totally agree with this idea. Especially where data is migrated from Bureau Payroll, where you could supress nil values. It didn't matter if an employee had many pay codes attached. The Staffology payslips are a total mess in comparison.
