It would be useful to be able to create working patterns that last over the period of a month. We have employees who work rolling rotas which means that they won't work the same days each week and rotate back around every three months approximately and start the pattern again. This would make it easier to enter in sickness, particularly where it is over a period of weeks, and would allow you to show a full working pattern for that time period to make it quicker to enter pay in and ensure that deductions and SSP are shown correctly by the automation.
