Publish known issues

I have just wasted my time by trying to reset up import templates multiple times. When I called I was told it's a known issue. Why don't you publish known issues, it would have saved me wasting my time!

    Hi Cliff, we had the same issue and wasted our time remapping before manually entering the employee hours.

    Please can I ask what phone number you called as we were told there is no phone support for Staffology.
