It would be useful if we could have the software send the client a report pack for a specific period at the push of a button. This should be relatively straightforward with an email address for each client entered into the system. Currently the system only has the option to send a report pack automatically when payroll is finalised for a period. We should be able to send report packs out for any past or current period at any time rather than just whenever a period is finalised. This would save lots of time manually downloading spedific reports and typing out emails to attach them to.
