At present an Employee's job title can only be imported to the record on the initial set up of the payroll, thereafter it has to be changed manually. We have several large payrolls (+500 employees) and all of these are restructuring their organisations. This is resulting in Job Title changes per payroll. Manually updating these records is taking several hours per payroll and the system should allow this. The Amend/ Update tick box on the employee import, should allow any field to be updated via a correctly formatted import spreadsheet.
