Daily and Hourly rate Refresh/ Recalculate Merged

We would like developed functionality which is available as part of the Open Payroll feature, which enables the recalculation of all Daily and Hourly Rates held on the employee record. This is because when importing salary changes to the employee record, it does not automatically recalculate the Daily and Hourly rates and this is hampering the payroll production. It is also best practice to ensure all rates hourly/ daily are recalculated prior to starting a payroll run.
