Client are added but can do everything on the portal. Need to able to add client user with only access to change things but not approve. not just a reviewer.

Hey Amy - This is now live within staffology. If you select 'Users > Add new user' there will be two new options 'Payroll Client - Reviewer' and 'Payroll Client - Editor'
