NEXT toggle button to view next record Merged

It is becoming very frustrating to have to return to the main Employee screen to select the next record to view, when a NEXT button/ icon would enable the move to the next record and display the current screen, without the need to return to the main employee list. This would also be useful for the pension screens - employee members.
