There is currently an option to import updated annual salarys in to Staffology (following our annual salary reviews) however there isn't a way to do a mass update on the hourly and daily rates for the employees. I understand that Staffology has an option to automatically calculate these figures based on the annual salary inputted and the shift pattern. However we have employees on rolling shift patterns which Staffology does not accurately calculate, so we have to manually calculate this and edit the employees profile. For annual salary reviews we want to do a mass update on the annual salary, hourly rate, and day rate fields.
