I had a payroll come over whereby within the processing notes there were paragraphs of information. I do not believe that this is the purpose of the processing notes and therefore it would be good if this field can be limited to a certain amount of characters.
Hey Cassie - The processing notes can be used for multiple type of notes. I would probably let your client know how you would like them to be used and set that expectation with them.
