It would be helpful to be able to include custom rates for Mileage where employers do not pay the standard rate, they may be paying a fuel only rate or additional can be paid for example when carrying passengers. Also some employers have contracts with other rates specified.
Please allow for custom mileage rates as we are having to use a manual pay code to pay miles at 30p which is difficult for us. As the unit type of miles is not available, we are having to pay in £ and then import a payslip note each month to list the number of miles and the rate.
