When processing payrolls for multiple employers it would be useful to see a list of RTI's outstanding. Also, where you have multiple employers on 'auto pilot' there is no notification if an RTI has failed without you going into each employer to check. This almost removes the benefit of autopilot if you have to check each one, it would be as quick to process each month. Alternativley even having an email sent to say x employer RTI failed would be useful for auto pilot clients.
We are a large bureau and use Auto Pilot and Auto Emails for our clients. We have recently been notified by clients that report packs and payslips have not been received, therefore done manually. It would be extremely helpful if any of the Auto Pilot or Auto Emails features failed that a notification received. This would mean we can act on any failures immediately, as we have no way of knowing if anything has failed to process.
