In addition, if a new NI number is issued, or you verify using the NVR, this does not come through in the RTI in staffology, as it is a general RTI notice. you have to check on HMRC.
Hey Linda - the only RTI GNS we don't pull through is the late payment at the moment. All tax codes/student/postgrad loans if enabled, will automatically update. Tax codes are available from the 'Tax Code Changes' in 'Payrun' reports. The other notices are available via the HMRC tab > Notices.

It would be useful if Staffology is able to download HMRC Notices. In IPP, we get HMRC notices to use an NINO for an employee, and the NINO can then be applied to the EE record by the software too.

NI Notices

RTI NI Notices should come through along with tax codes and Student Loan notices. At the moment we have to log in to each clients government gateway and retrieve NI Notices this way and manually enter them.
