All ee record changes to be able to be made in or from payroll screen

Please could you allow changes to be made in the payroll screen on the employee record. So you are doing a parallel run and find you need to change the pension % for instance , at the moment you can select the ee record from the payroll list but if you are in the calculation screen you have to come out, then to ee record, update record which takes you to the list of employees again then go back to payroll and find ee again to see if the changes are correct, if this was enabled in the same screen it would save a lot of time :)
