I received the message below from a client:
My team have advised that a large number of them have not had any payslips for months.
Can you please provide a by-person payslip report, from October last year to date.
I will need to forward to each member.
There are often requests to send multiple period payslips, eg January to September, to specific employees, password protected, direct to their private email address, for mortgage purposes.
This particular client’s employee payslips were initially published to MyePayWindow, which a lot of employees had difficulty accessing and so have been without payslips since November 2022, when we transitioned to Staffology.
Is there a way, without spending hours downloading each individual payslip, that I can send multiple payslips to an employee or the client.

Thank you for your response.
Regarding MyePayWindow, all of our client's who have their employees payslips published to MyePayWindow have complained that the employees are unable to access their payslips, despite the number of times we invite them.
However, since Staffology offer individually emailed payslips direct to the employees we are no longer using MyePayWindow.
Having said that, not all employees are careful with their payslips or even their P60s and so we will still need to be able to access multiple payslips for some employees. Specifically if they are applying for a mortgage or some other secured loan.
We noticed that once we start a new week or month, there is no longer the facility to print previous payslips other than accessing each individual employee & then printing/pdf each individual payslip. Sometimes an employee will request up to a year's worth of payslips, which is laborious.
Any way you can address the issue would be very much appreciated.

Hey Michele - currently in the software you would either need to extract from the finalised screen for all employees or you can extract from within the employees record > payslips. At the moment they would need to downloaded one by one.
I will raise it with the team and see if we are able to have a download all option - would this be of help?
In regards to the Myepaywindow - please could you let me know the issues you are coming up against so I can investigate this for you.
