Often clients will ask for all payslips for an employee for a specific tax year etc.
Currently this involves downloading a minimum of 12 payslips one by one, more if the employee is fortnightly or weekly paid.
Please could a button be implemented similar to how we can download all payslips for a payrun, but under the 'payslips' section on employee's profiles so we can download all payslips for the tax year.

The great news? This one's shipped! ✅ You can now download multiple payslips across a date range — either as individual PDFs or bundled together into a single combined PDF. Exactly what you asked for.

Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts on this! I can see how having a quick preview and being able to flip between payslips from the employee payslips screen would make things much smoother.
Just wanted to flag that this seems like a separate idea from downloading multiple payslips by date range – it's more about improving the viewing experience on the employee payslips screen rather than bulk downloading.
Would you mind creating a new idea for this? That way it can get its own discussion and votes, and we can make sure both suggestions get the attention they deserve!

It would also be useful to have a quick payslip preview button rather than PDF, and to be able to click next and previous, to see other weeks/months payslips instead of having to go back and click on each line
