Removing Accs Office Invalid format

We use the accs office ref to track which employers are closed/archived by adding 'closed' to the beginning of ref. If this can't be undone can you please add a column to the employers list showing who is archived or active.

    Hey Lorna - our fields for PAYE & accounts office reference have been set to the correct format of modulus 23. You are now able to archive companies which will move them to a separate area. This can be done via edit details > More > Archive company.
