Net pay figures should be an option as many employers would like to pay a set amount to skilled workers per pay period without having to make any deductions that compromise the pay amount. Lots of other software have this facility already.
Hey - there is an option to do this within the software!
If you go the employees record > pay options > additions and deductions > add new deductions and additions > tick gross up target net.
