Apply all button for P9 notices

When performing the payroll for a big client with a lot of P9 notices to apply it is very time consuming to click into each one and press apply. It would be beneficial if there was an apply all button. Or for example a tick box on the side of the notices so we can select which notices we need applying and then an Apply all button.
