Bank Holiday Rate

For our part-timers instead of pro-rating their holiday entitlement we pro-rate the daily rate and pay them that rate for all 8 bank holidays. Their bank holiday daily rate will, therefore, be less than their normal holiday daily rate (Base daily rate) so it would be useful to have a' Base Bank Holiday Daily Rate' that we could use for this purpose instead of having just the one Base Daily Rate. Currently I have to remember to amend the daily rate on the fly during payroll run for affected employees, not ideal
