It would be useful if we could report on contract hours or pay run hours for a salaried employee's basic salary when building a bespoke report template.
We are struggling to effectively use the NMW warnings Staffology does automatically for all of our bureau clients. Not all clients use NIable pay for NMW earnings therefore we are having to build bespoke reports for our clients to check for NMW.
We are able to pull off the salary etc we want to check but we are unable to pull off the contract hours if the employee is salaried (it just shows as 1) therefore, we are not able to do a calculation to check the rate is correct.
Even better would be to have the ability to tick what you want included in the NMW check so this can be bespoke per client including SalSac pensions.
If there are any recommendations on how to best check NMW rates without using the warnings that would be great- Thank you.
