Ability to amend processing notes once added (prior to "submission")

Processing notes can be added by customer, when collecting/collating information for processing. Once these are added, they cannot be amended or changed. In some instances, changes to processing notes are required prior to the submission of information to the processing team. Options to update notes would be helpful to allow customers to collate information but make changes until the submission date. Having some sort of audit/ record of changes would be helpful too.
