Good Afternoon

Currently when we run the download for the Peoples Pension files from Staffology it does not populate the column on the CSV file for the Employee Pension Contribution instead putting both the Employee Pension Contribution and the Employer Pension Contribution in the Employer Pension Contribution. This format is not accepted by the Peoples Pensions Website upload system.

We then have to manually input the figures into both these columns.

We understand that this is because it is a salary sacrifice system but the information is held on the Employee Analysis download in the PENSIONSS column and the Er Pension Column.

Could you please develop a report/download from Staffology that has the Employer Pension Contribution column and the Employee Pension Contribution column populated in a manner accepted by the Peoples Pensions Website upload system and this will alleviate having to manually manipulate this file.
