Scottish & Welsh Tax Codes

Scottish tax codes are prefixed with an S and Welsh a C, can this be added to the payroll so when a new starter is entered and they dont have a P45 and use the Starter declaration the payroll automatically detects from the address that a prefix is to be applied? At the moment this is manual but would be so much better if it was automatic, or flagged as part of the new starter set up.
