WARNING ALERT: concerning the failure to refund pension (opted out) after payroll has been finalised

According to the response from customer support, we can opt out of pension contributions after the payroll has been finalized. However, it is NOT possible to process the pension refund into the payroll for the upcoming week. Even the refund column does indicate the total amount of the employee pension refund.

The help centre does not address this issue. Many clients are unaware of this unforeseen flaw; therefore, could you please implement an alert to inform clients about this issue in order to reduce the likelihood of unexpected mistakes OR FIX IT ? Thank you very much.
