Allow IBAN and SWIFT/BIC Fields in Employee Bank Details

Could you please update the employee bank details section to allow IBAN and SWIFT/BIC codes, instead of only a UK Account Number and Sort Code? This is essential for international payrolls, as adding these fields would allow us to extract personalized reports and bank files with IBANs for global payments.

Since Staffology already allows entering an IBAN and SWIFT/BIC under the company bank details, extending this to the employee profile would make the platform much more adaptable for international businesses.
