Default Pay Options - Let us select which entries to push to all employees

We can set employer default pay options, like manual pro-rating, so new starters have that setting. But if you wanted to change just that setting on all employees, you need to do it manually. Please make it so that when you hit the "Apply Pay Options to All Existing Employees" button, it asks which elements you wish to apply.
