Bank holiday automation

We currently have to manually reduce basic hours and then manually add the bank holiday payments every time a bank holiday rolls around ( 8 times in the UK or 15% of weekly payruns and over 50% of monthly payruns). We have to do this for each employee individually. Staffology knows when the bank holidays are and use it for holiday entitlement calculations, it shouldnt be difficult then to automatically update the pay in bank holiday weeks to 32 hours + 8 bank holiday hours.
